INBC is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization established as a Washington non-profit corporation in 1945. While revenues are primarily earned through the components and services provided to area hospitals, INBC relies on community support — through voluntary blood donation, volunteer time, and financial contributions — in order to fulfill its mission to save lives by providing transfusion and transplantation services. INBC meets all federal, state and regulatory agency requirements with regard to financial matters. Annual audited financial statements and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) information reports (forms 990) are maintained at INBC’s Regional Headquarters and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
